Live At UG Studios — is a mini-album of three acoustic songs recorded at a session at UG Studios from the Academy of Cinematic Arts in Cincinnati on November 4, 2011 released digitally for download. A professional video of the band performing was also made.
Recording
This mini-album was recorded in UG Studios, Columbus, Ohio on November 4, 2011 especially for Academy of Cinematic Arts. MP3 files of the recorded songs have been postedon the official website of Academy - www.theug.com[1], also videos of these songs were uploaded to the organization's Vimeo and YouTube channels.[2]
The songs were recorded acoustically with no background music or electronic instruments, just piano and standard drums. Josh used a basic drum kit, which adds to the minimalistic sound of the EP.
