Untitled CD — is the homemade untitled CD with 3 songs by Tyler Joseph recorded in 2007-2008. A photo of the disk was posted by Tyler's sister Madison Joseph Mar 23, 2014 on Twitter.[1]
Recording
The songs on the CD were recorded in Tyler's makeshift studio at his hometown home when he was in high school in 2007-2008. TB Saga is a medley of humorous songs about the Taco Bell restaurant and love for it overlaid with melodies of popular songs from various genres. Words is a partially proven early Tyler song that virtually no one has heard. There are two assumptions as to the identity of this song: in 2018 a demo/interlude #7 was found, which fans have infected as Words and there is an assumption that this unknown recording is the song Hear me now through the similarity of the songs' durations and the first verse of the famous song where the word "Word" appears the most:
Distribution
The EP was sold and given away for free at the band's early 2009 shows on CD media with the band's name on it and placed in plastic cases with a piece of paper with the band's name on it as well. The only exact date of the show where the band gave away a record was the band's performance at «Battle of the Bands» 11 October 2009.
Finding
The existence of the Johnny Boy EP was not hidden but among the Cliques information about the existence of the mini-album was secret. In 2018, a release page appeared on the Genius website, and in 2019 a Reddit user described the mini-album and its contents, presumably selling the EP on EBay[2]. After the publication of a subreddit about the EP, interest among fans of the band increased in the record, but until these days no one has put the recordings from the disk on the Internet, only «Air Catcher» demo version is freely available[3].
